This No Refund Policy explains the terms regarding refunds for Brompter, a digital product with immediate access delivery.
Brompter is a digital product (Software as a Service) that provides immediate access to all premium features upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate delivery of access, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by mandatory applicable law or in case of a demonstrable technical defect preventing access to purchased features.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Art. 38 pkt 13), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. Before completing your purchase, you are required to check a consent box confirming: (1) your agreement to immediate delivery of digital content, and (2) your acknowledgment that you waive the right of withdrawal.
There is no federal right of return or cooling-off period for digital goods purchased online in the United States. Our no-refund policy is clearly displayed before purchase.
